"Though they’re not famous yet, NYC trio Lights Resolve appears to be getting there fast: Dreaming of Love was getting 6,000 plays per day when posted on their MySpace page. The band’s also been featured on VH1 and did a successful showcase gig at South by Southwest this year.

While singer/guitarist/keyboardist Matt Reich is the obvious star of the band, he had never tried to be a lead singer until the band’s original vocalist dropped out. Reich stepped up after none of the singers they auditioned made the grade; for the next year and a half he took voice lessons while fronting the band.
